How do I buy an item if I've arranged a courier?
Once you've arranged a courier, reach out to us to let us know the time and date you have selected for collection of the item. Afterwards, head to checkout and select "Collection" as the fulfilment option.
Why are your appliances so well-priced?
We sell a range of appliances, both new and reconditioned. Most of our stock is reconditioned appliances, unless stated otherwise in the title, which means they have been previously used. Prior to sale, these items are professionally cleaned and disinfected, and undergo thorough testing to ensure they are functioning to their best ability.
How can I find out the condition of an appliance?
We clearly state the condition of every item in the description, along with all of its key features. We also provide pictures on every listing for all visible damage to the product. If you have any further questions about the condition of any item please feel free to contact us.
How long will it take to get my appliance?
For local deliveries, expect to get your item within 2-4 business days. The expected delivery time is subject to the amount of orders we are receiving and how far from us you are located.
